It was a challenging and frustrating kind of issue, but Holt Phillips stuck with it and didn't give up. We admire their tenacity. Each of the service technicians that came to work on the unit were courteous and knowledgeable and did all they could to fix the problem. As I said, it was a particularly frustrating issue (for us) but Holt Phillips wouldn't give up. We want to express our great appreciation to the last service tech, Seneca, for his valuable and personable service to correct the problem. He just would not be defeated! After much work , and with help from Kasey, he found the problem and corrected it. He is a professional, knowledgeable and caring person who will always do a good job. Thanks again to him. I can HIGHLY recommend Holt Phillips Heating & Cooling! I’ve been ripped off within the past 7 years by 2 separate AC companies. I asked for a meeting with the owner & manager of Holt Phillips. Not only did they agree, but came to my home to listen to my bad experiences, & to discuss & show me what they will do differently & how they guarantee their work. One & a half hours later, I was convinced with their honesty, knowledge, & commitment to their clients. The technicians that came to my home to install my new AC & ductwork were so professional, friendly, & knew exactly what they were doing. I normally don’t write reviews, but I am grateful for an honest, local company that serves their clients vs serving their bottom line.
