Each of the service technicians that came to work on the unit were courteous and knowledgeable and did all they could to fix the problem. I can HIGHLY recommend Holt Phillips Heating & Cooling! I’ve been ripped off within the past 7 years by 2 separate AC companies. I asked for a meeting with the owner & manager of Holt Phillips. Not only did they agree, but came to my home to listen to my bad experiences, & to discuss & show me what they will do differently & how they guarantee their work. One & a half hours later, I was convinced with their honesty, knowledge, & commitment to their clients. The technicians that came to my home to install my new AC & ductwork were so professional, friendly, & knew exactly what they were doing. I normally don’t write reviews, but I am grateful for an honest, local company that serves their clients vs serving their bottom line.
